The Joseph Leadership Academy is designed to teach you how to successfully operate from the place of authority in your specific realm of influence. This academy will equip you with relevant and effective leadership strategies, cutting edge thought processes, and practical application methods which bring about extraordinary results nationally, economically, and generationally.
No matter the sphere of influence, whether you are a parent in a home, a businessman or businesswoman, an individual operating in 5-fold ministry, an elected official or dignitary, a public servant, a student, an athlete, or anyone else desiring to be accurate, effective, and relevant in leadership, whosoever desires to experience supernatural and lasting results, this curriculum is for you.
In a society where leadership has been defined by the degree and level of service, sacrifice, and submission of designated followers to designated leaders, we seldom see the “leaders” exhibit the same level of commitment to their followers. Dictatorship, pride, envy, jealousy, strife, contention, ungodly control, and competition have invaded and influenced the hearts of minds of many in the church who strive for positions of power and crave the praise and recognition of men.
Because of this, true Kingdom advancement has become stagnated.
By contrast, where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. In the Joseph Leadership Academy, you will learn how to grow, go, and flow, through operating in the Spirit of the Lord by demonstrating servant-leadership, placing the needs and well-being of others above your own, thereby laying down our own lives so that the life of Christ may be exhibited through us for the benefit of others. This a primary element.
"Therefore, if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."
-Philippians 2:1-4, NIV
Upon the practical application of the principles we will cover, you will free yourself from self-sabotaging mindsets and practices, embrace new and fresh incentives, erase insecurity, operate in a spirit of excellence and power, build and exude genuine confidence, and truly em-power and not de-power those around you. Servant leadership, as modeled by the life of Jesus Christ, the opposite of what is currently taking place in the world and in several churches, appears to be a forgotten art.
However, by the grace, goodness, and guidance of our God, our Father, by the Lord Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit, we will bring this forgotten art back to the forefront based upon this premise:
"But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many."
(Matthew 20:25-28, KJV)
