The author, of this story, is a German born, due to the Second World War, son of Polishimmigrants to the Province of Quebec in Canada. He was educated in the English language but graduated from High School fluent in French also. This made him a person that was trilingual.
This story is a personal solution to the language problem that is omnipresent in Quebec which isthe only Province or Territory in Canada that is populated by people whose mother tongue is French. However; there is a fair amount of individuals who speak either English or both. The two cultures have been in a state of antagonism forever and have never came up with a solution to solve their differences.
The author of this work has concocted a plan that would leave everyone indifferent to the problem because it would solve it. It is a proposal that would meet everyones needs and end once in for all, the Language Problem.
