Ethnos Leadership (EL) is a principle-centered process synergized by a commitment to being and becoming a lifelong learner and leader. The EL process is contained in 3 modules (character, capabilities and competencies), with 4 sessions per module in 5 phases. This 3rd and final book contains the 4 sessions of the competencies module, or “The Investment is Worth It.” Competence is the capacity to function in one’s profession successfully and efficiently.
