The horny goat weed series of cookery books have been written to incorporate the Chinese traditional herbal remedy, horny goat weed, into enjoyable food recipes. Horny goat weed is prescribed to boost sexual desire, to treat erectile dysfunction, to alleviate menopausal symptoms and to treat fatigue and it also can be taken to encourage health and well-being.

The recipes have been designed to incorporate the strong flavour of horny goat weed, and each recipe uses less than the recommended daily allowance of 1000mg of horny goat weed, so that one can serve both a starter and main course whilst remaining comfortably within the RDA.

The seafood recipe book contains 40 recipes consisting of 8 starters and 32 main course recipes. The main course recipes include a wide range of seafood which can be bought from billingsgate market, fishmongers and online frozen (but please follow all the defrosting instructions on the packets all of my recipe are designed to use fresh fish). As seafood is a basic ingredient, all of the recipes are based around accompaniments designed to enhance the seafood flavours such as pollack on chestnut polenta and monktail fish and gnocchi. Included are recipes for grouper, sablefish, tilapia and red snapper to clams, prawns and squid.

All of the recipes contain horny goat weed but you can omit this ingredient and still cook tasty foods.

If planning an evening of seduction, I recommend a starter to accompany my main course dishes as this gives the horny goat weed time to absorb into the body, but the seafood dishes do contain enough horny goat weed for the body to re-act.

The recipes have been developed to serve healthy portions to 2 people.

Warning! Horny goat weed is unsuitable for anyone under the age of 18, lactating or pregnant women. Anyone with heart problems or any medical problem should consult with a doctor before trying any of the recipes in this book. Anyone who is taking aspirin is advised not to mix this medicine with horny goat weed.

Further warning! All cooking times are approximate due to differences in the thickness of fillets and to variations in cooking facilities; therefore it is highly important to check that the fish is fully cooked before serving.

Horny goat weed can induce frisky behaviour, lustfulness and sexual urges and the author accepts no responsibility for this.
