“The idea behind the book came as a result of a conversation I was having with a friend of mine. She had been through a really frustrating two year renovation project and she simply said Troy, you need to do this. Trust me, people will welcome the opportunity to have less stress and save time and money while actually enjoy the process of building or renovating.” Turns out she was right. “People can’t be expected to understand all aspects of construction, yet when they build or renovate without an advocate they are put in a difficult position to do just that”. Troy believes his book and new service offering will be a welcomed approach not only for clients but builders as well “ I actually think builders will appreciate the book as a tool and my role as an advocate because it will help eliminate confusion, set realistic expectations and keep projects running on time and on budget, which ultimately leads to the best possible outcome for everyone”.
