Self-education is reading, writing, thinking and exploring your life for your own motives which could be something like: 1.) A desire to live a fun, great, hedonistic-noble lifestyle. 2.) A driving need to constantly purge your natural energy. 3.) A driving force to change the world in a big way with a big idea. Some self-educated people don't have big ideas and big aspirations but they quietly try to improve the world in their own little ways. It's a fun way to live. Being inspired all the time is the best way to live for the few people who figure out that this is the best life possible. I wrote a book about it called A Free Spirit's Search For Enlightenment. Education doesn't end after formal schooling nor is it necessarily concerned with work-related upgrading. People continue to learn for many reasons among them the search for enlightenment, recreation, fun, practical matters and even go to classes to hope to meet a lover.
