Growing up in a food obsessed home with two incredibly talented cooks for parents, gave the Romantic Chef the basis to launch himself into the wonderful world of dining. Living and working across the globe, the Romantic Chef has experience and designed exotic flavours, foods of unique textures and amazing combinations of worldwide cuisine. Graham has a balanced blend of hands on cooking demonstrations and awards ranging from Salon Culinary competitions. Graham started his career at a 5 Star Hyatt Hotel in Canberra and progressed into two of Vogue Magazines top 10 Restaurants, Fringe Benefits & The Lobby Restaurant, learning the value of innovation and creativeness. Having personally cooked for Bill Clinton the romantic chef continues to strive for fabulous tastes in excellence. In 1992, the Romantic Chef launched an adventure across the USA where he taught Culinary Arts at Johnston and Wales University, one of the finest Culinary Schools in the US, and completed a degree in marketing. Returning to Australia, at age 28, the Romantic Chef was appointed to the position of Executive Chef at the Australian International Hotel School. The Romantic Chef is also down to earth and enjoys sharing his skills. Graham has mastered the art of combining convenience foods with fresh foods, commonly found at any grocery store, and now gives you the opportunity to benefit from his years of experience.
