As it flashes through the chakras, complete Kundalini release is followed by instant realization that the world is not an external self-extant construct but is instead elaborated by the mind (self) only. Even without sudden and complete release, targeted chakra by chakra meditative deconstruction will also erode the shell of mental scar tissue surrounding the true self of being.
