When I was a new Christian, I said to Jesus, “I want to be sinless, like you,” and He said, “Put on my sandals,” and you will be like me. That began a long journey where I found that if you believed in Jesus, you are married to Him. There is no divorce. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Nothing can be added to it or taken from it. We are married to Jesus Christ. May I praise the Lord Jesus Christ for ever and ever because He truly is and always will be the Lord our God. Amen.
