In the town of Silverns, appearance alone determines your fate. Here, you are discriminated by the way you are born looking, which decides if you belong to the “eliteratti” or “miscellaneous” group of professions. Belonging to the latter is just bad luck as you are doomed to the life of a second-rate citizen. Professions such as medicine, engineering or for instance, law, are automatically granted to the “eliteratti” who are certified golden from birth. The discovery of a dangerous and sinister plan to enslave all “miscellaneous” with a microchip brain implant, instils fear, and yet strengthens the resolve to destroy the society’s obsession with binaries and perfection. Driven closer to dystopia, the citizens embark on a resolve to abandon this new world order, and free themselves from the darkness of enslavement.
