A warrior that lost everything.
A promise that he was obligated to keep.

After fighting against Athens for years and losing everything and everyone that he held dear, Brasidus had finally made it through one whole year. Things were still grim but he knew that contentment might be possible in the distant future. He would never forget that battle or the promise that he had made though, for it had left his heart torn open.

Pantheros was no longer a boy. He had finally graduated the agoge and was ready to join the ranks among the Spartan warriors and become a charge to one of the older warriors. It was not a good sign to him, however, that fate had chosen to pair him with the general commander. General commanders had never been paired with a charge in the history of the Spartans. To make it worse, he felt drawn to the General Commander like nothing he had ever felt. Unfortunately, the General Commander seemed to hate him passionately.

Follow Brasidus and Pantheros on an epic journey of hate, heartache, joy, despair, anger, frustration, longing, and amazing, epic, love.

This is an epic love story between two Spartan warriors and all of the obstacles that couldn’t keep them apart.
