Two Rights - Fourteen-year-old Petey Waggoner grew up in the small town of Nixa, Missouri in the idyllic 1950's Midwest. Never quite feeling like he belonged, to his hometown or his family, he takes a back seat to his older brother, Randy, in almost every manner. One day, Petey makes a decision to commit a petty crime that doesn't seem so petty at the time and, rather than face the consequences, he resolves to hitchhike west and take his chances on the open road. He hoodwinks a handsome passing stranger, one Tucker Harrison, into taking him as far as Joplin - weaving a few tall tales along the way. The two form a rather odd sort of friendship and somehow Petey ends up going a lot further with Tucker than Joplin. The two eventually have some tough decisions to make about their future, but ultimately find absolution from their past mistakes by doing right by others - and doing what they ultimately know is right for themselves.
