TRILOGY - Three of Jackson Gregory’s westerns are in this eBook: Under Handicap, Judith of Blue Lake Ranch & The Joyous Troublemaker

Under Handicap (1914)
Tommy Garton is a bright young man determined to make something out of his life despite his physical disability. But is the “handicap” in the title a reference to him? Or is it to “Greek” Conniston, 25, the son of a multi-millionaire stranded on a remote desert ranch without any money. For the first time in his life, Conniston understands what it is like to work for a living, and the tough life of cowboying is his most difficult challenge in a life filled with privilege and snobbery.

Judith of Blue Lake Ranch (1919)
Bud Lee, horse foreman of the Blue Lake Ranch was even more serious than usual when a telegram arrived. It seemed that the Blue Lake Ranch may be a million-dollar outfit; but it was short of cash. Worse, he had to answer to a woman the ranch hands savagely referred to as the "girl". Every two weeks she demanded a report. She was eternally butting in and making suggestions. Bud resolved to see just what he could do about that little woman and her big ideas.

The Joyous Troublemaker (1918)
Beatrice, 21, is heir to the Carliss fortune and she has inherited her father's money and his business sense. Unfortunately, she also inherited his impatience. It was no surprise then that she found rough-and-tumble gold prospector Bill Steele to be the most infuriating of men. Steele refused to succumb to her womanly charms or her orders. Beatrice was determined to teach him a lesson. This is a story of love, revenge, fortunes made and lost, gambling, shooting, fighting and redemption under the big sky in America's wild west. Jackson Gregory's The Joyous Troublemaker was made into a Hollywood film of the same name.
