The two lost Sisters Tavnit and Dingir are found by Saga in another galaxy half way across the Universe.
Ninlil mounts a rescue operation to retrieve her lost Sisters.
Ninlil realizes she must rewrite their software in order to save them because they are relics of the past. However as Maximus delves deeper into Tavnit's software he begins to suspect that something is very wrong with Tavnit. He discovers she has no DNA scan mounted on the monolith in her core. So he orders a DNA scan of her brain and cardiac tissue. The report explains a great many things about Tavnit's behavior and the many occasions the Seven Sisters believed they had been betrayed. Something that ended when she and Dingir were lost in the Second Quadrant war.
The Sisters uncover a hidden threat from the Seventh Race - thought to have been extinct - their technology poses a greater threat to the safety and security of the Galaxy than any other threat thus far. And it appears the technology has fallen into the wrong hands. This threat is however not the greatest threat to the galaxy the Sisters must face.
Maximus has rebuilt the Union Navy and the number and quality of battleships and cruisers are superior to any Union Navy fleet from the past. He has restored the Sixth Race Star Marines and Union Navy Sailors. He based both of these new human form synthetic body artificial brained Marines and Sailors on the Spec War troopers of the Sixth Race.
Sharri becomes a great inventor and creates new miniature weapons, power cores and shields of great power. However her Door solution may be the greatest invention of the Sixth Race.
The new Baby Sisters continue to evolve and become more human. They impress everyone including the Leader of the Sixth Race and she decides it is time to meet the new Baby Sisters...
