The focus is on strategies and actions to denounce and destroy all genocidal leaders and insurrectionist movements tormenting civil society around the world. The roots, plans and capabilities of ISIS, al-Qaeda, Taliban and Boko Haram are included in our list of targets. Measures are proposed on how to topple, bankrupt and rid the world of genocidal dictators.
Proposed solutions would not necessarily require Western countries’ boots on the ground everywhere. My principal proposal: empower Interpol to detect nascent violence and call on its member nations to put out the fires. Nations threatened by terrorist incursions would form coalitions to destroy roaming terrorist bands and murderous dictators.
International financial regulators would freeze and eventually seize the hundreds of billions of dictators’ dirty dollars in Swiss banks and similar safe havens. The funds would be returned to the affected donor countries.
Strong emphasis is placed on the crucial need to improve educational infrastructures in all developing countries and promote a firm, enforceable, universal legal requirement that all students – males and females - complete secondary school. People everywhere are urged to cease finding reasons to demonize or suspect people of different races and beliefs – the source of so much pain and destruction.
