But of believers, heard ye the story of Ansala?
Who forsook his bride to heed the call to war
And obey the call of the Prophet of War
Thus the army of faith marched forth into the valley
The order came “Stay hence and guard the rear
Thou fifty archers shall not leave the mount! Stay here!”
But nay! The fifty archers did not forebear
And descended the mountain when victory draws near
Great is the consequence and that they paid dear
For soon the soldiers in defeat to the mountain did ascend
‘Verily the Angels hover over the fallen soldier,
And his body shall they purify’
