"W is for Warren Buffett, A Feminist Like Osho," is another inspired essay in the Osho's Alphabet series by Osho Rose.

Recently revealing that he is a real feminist, Buffett has improved the psychosphere for women just as Coco Chanel did after World War I when women abandoned their tight corsets for her baggy tunics so that they could laugh outloud.

Working women around the world cheered when they read billionaire and alpha investor Warren Buffett’s recent assessment of a woman’s worth in the work world. Revealing deep sensitivity to women, Buffett’s evolutionary essay is so radical that, according to Osho Rose, it can be studied in the white hot light of Enlightened Mystic Osho who truly understands and celebrates the feminine soul.

Osho says, “I would like the woman to become as feminine as possible, only then can she flower. And the man needs to be as masculine as possible, only then can he flower. When they are polar opposites, a great attraction, a great magnetism, arises between them. And when they come close, when they meet in intimacy, they bring two different worlds, two different dimensions, two different richnesses, and the meeting is a tremendous blessing, a benediction.”

In terms of equalizing the work world, Warren Buffett appeals to raw logic to be inclusive of the feminine force: “No manager operates his or her plants at 80% efficiency when steps could be taken that would increase output. And no CEO wants male employees to be underutilized when improved training or working conditions would boost productivity. So take it one step further: If obvious benefits flow from helping the male component of the workforce achieve its potential, why in the world wouldn't you want to include its counterpart?”

Osho Rose describes her own path and how business life and spiritual growth went hand in hand.
