A story that I have been waiting a lifetime to tell. It's based on dreams I've had since childhood of a person I believe I myself was in a past-life.
My fictional counterpart, Claire Stevens is a child in the 1960s when the first of what would be an annual dream happens. These dreams are like none other Claire ever experienced and will take her to places she's never been and introduce her to people she's never met - including her previous self.
Taking you back to New York City and Mexico in the 1840s, the story is of a young woman named Conception Bernato who marries an American officer named Richard Merriton.
The couple have a daughter, Margarita, who travels with them to Richard's birthplace, New York City, ten years after they wed. Once there, a series of events happen that could spell the end of their marriage, and life as they came to know it together.
Begin here, and come along with me on a journey that is filled with so many twists and turns you'll be bound to want to know more.
