Tania Hernandez is a Jamaican-born Canadian, who has dedicated nearly 20 years to the field of special education. She is passionate about teaching children, especially those who have learning and developmental challenges. Tania is a Certified Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Language Practitioner, teaches English as a Second Language, and is a Behavior Interventionist - teaching functional skills to children with autism. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Language, various Diplomas in Special Education, and does ongoing professional development. Tania currently resides in Hamilton. She is married, has four children, and enjoys singing,cooking,writing articles for her local newspaper, and motivational speaking.
