Willie the red Pomeranian goes on an adventure to see the world. Or rather as much of the world that he can see with $1,000 he has in his pocket. He has never left the farm in his life and wants to see what is out there, make his own way and hopefully have the right experiences to be able to save money to go to dental school since his dream is to be the first canine dentist in his family. A family that has always been farmers.

As he travels he makes some friends. Timothy Turtle, world traveler. Richard Rabbit, attorney at law. Sally Skunk who teaches him about their defenses and then leaves their hollowed out log home with a belly full of gravy and biscuits.

Willie almost gets lost in the forest but finds his way out to a clearing when he hears a banjo playing. This banjo music leads him to a huge oak tree where he meets Steve, the banjo playing squirrel and then Charlie, the guitar playing raccoon. They take him to The Strawberry Hill Farm. Once there he gets introduced to Paul the Pig, the drummer of The Strawberry Hill Boys. A country band that Paul started with Steve and Charlie. Willie then works as their roadie and manager.

Will Willie make enough money to go to dental school? Will these adventures be enough to satisfy him? Read and find out!
