Connie sighed as she clocked out for the last time this week; what a week! It had been late shift this week and she was ready for the weekend, as good as her job was at being close to home – that was the only good thing about it!
As she walked home her thoughts returned to Annie and her diary; she hadn’t the chance to read anything this week with her mother being at home; Annie’s Diaries had never far from her thoughts, as silly as it sounded she had missed Annie’s company and sharing her deepest and darkest of secrets.
