This novel is based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and is well worth reading. World War Two an Alternate reality, a story about the title. Something unusual happens in the skies over London to a group of German bombers on one of their missions, altering where their bombs land, which in turn, alters the outcome of the Battel of Britain and World War Two as well. The result of this occurance is that Germany then wins the battle for the skies and takes over Britain. This story is about what happens next and is mainly about an RAF pilot whom is known as Jay. He is the main character in the story. Upon Germany taking over, Jay decides to flee from the invaders, going back home to a small town in Yorkshire, only to find that the German's are here as well. Discovering a new top secret base of theirs inside a wood close to his home. Realising that the Germans are experimenting with new weapons inside this base, he decides to try and stop them any way he can. So Can Jay,almost on a one man mission, stop the German's before it is too late for everyone on planet earth, as the Germans are literally on the verge of taking over every nation on the planet.
This story is full of twists and turns, containing a little romance, themes of war, science fiction, action, adventure and a slight sniff of horror thrown into the mix too The story also contains actual imformation and facts about the war, probably things that you did not even know about too, though on the most part, it is just fictional.
