Many people in our world live in frustration because they are not free from sin in spite of all their efforts. Some have made several secret resolutions in their heart and some others have made public declarations to never fall into sin but have been repeatedly disappointed. Religious men and women are not exempted. They too still struggle to overcome sin.
I have observed that people don’t have problems believing that God can forgive and cleanse them from their sins. What the vast majority have problem with is how to stop committing sin. Determination is good. It shows you are serious about this matter. It has however, not been able in itself to stop man from living in sin. The question several people still ask is this, “What is the way out of sin?”
This book has been written with people like this exactly in mind. The message here is not for the ultra-perfect, super-spiritual or self-righteous men and women. It is for those who admit their failures, weaknesses and inability to please God and are willing to follow the simple path that leads to victory.
