The Lord Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”(Matthew 5:8, NIV). The Bible says, “Make every effort to live in peace with all men and be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.”(Hebrews 12:14, NIV).
It is obvious from the above verses that to be holy and to have a pure heart, are one and the same thing. Those whose hearts are pure are holy. Those whose hearts are impure are unholy.
Only those whose hearts are pure will see God. Those whose hearts are not pure will not see God. Those whose hearts are not pure will not be in the holy city at the end. The Bible says, “Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and fornicators and murderers and idolaters, and every one who loves and practises falsehood.”(Revelation 22:14-15).
Is your heart pure? In other words: Will you be in heaven? Will you see God? This book is written to help you to answer “yes” to these questions.
God bless you exceedingly as you read it.
