A natural approach to health, a book filled with information to help you improve your overall well-being, in addition to a wealth of research related to improving prostate disorders. You will encounter causes, changes, a guide to better lifestyle that are all natural. You truly can create a happier life for not only yourself but for those who love you.
Today, more and more people seek alternative methods to solve chronic health problems when conventional medicine does not work for them. A more concerned public needs additional information beyond what their time-constrained and overworked physicians provide. And they demand more control over their own treatment.
This book examines the causes of prostate dysfunction, a health problem that faces millions of men throughout the world. It contains information on nutrients, herbs, and lifestyle changes that may help alleviate common prostate problems. This guide gives the reader a working knowledge of the factors that contribute to prostate dysfunction along with natural ways to overcome problems that men face.
“Now all men, regardless of age, have access to an excellent, newly written guide for better prostate health. In his book. . . James Occhiogrosso, a doctor of naturopathy, master herbalist, and certified nutrition counselor, explores and clearly explains a wide range of natural remedies for common prostate problems and the science behind them. . . .” David Ricketts, Author of Eat to Beat Prostate Cancer Cookbook
“Your Prostate, Your Libido, Your Life. . . is an extremely valuable and much needed addition to the literature concerning natural and alternative health. His extensive documentation and reporting of the research on the use of herbs and nutrition will be an asset to any man dealing with prostate problems. . . .” James O. Robertson, N.D. Master Herbalist, Certified Nutritional Consultant, Certified Natural Health Professional, and Lecturer
JAMES OCCHIOGROSSO, Master Herbalist and Doctor of Naturopathy, graduated New York City Community College with an Electrical Engineering degree and worked in that field for twenty-five years. He became interested in computer technology and as a programmer, marketed his own library of programming tools and authored several computer books. Significant health problems led him to natural healing in the early 1990s, and his own health needs motivated him to enter a formal program at the Trinity College of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana. With prostate cancer looming, he began an intense program of lifestyle and diet modification. Using the results of his research and adding specific nutrients and herbal supplements to a healthy diet, he was well on his way to recovery five months later. He continues his research, maintaining a natural health practice, and enjoys his hobbies of racquetball, swimming, and scuba diving.
