胸痹是指胸部闷痛,甚至胸痛彻背,气短,喘息不得卧为主症的一种疾病,轻者仅感胸闷,呼吸欠畅,重者则有胸痛,严重者心痛彻背,背痛彻心。胸痹又有“卒心痛”“厥心痛”“真心痛”之称。 胸痹的病位在心,但其发病与心、肾、肝、脾的亏虚,功能失调密切相关,气血不足,心脉失养则拘急疼痛。气滞血瘀、寒凝、痰浊则心脉痹阻,血行不畅,不通而痛。本病常迁延反复,日久之后正气愈虚,加之治疗不当或调摄不善,致病情加重,严重者危及生命。胸痹属本虚标实之证,治疗原则应先治其标,后顾其本,必要时可根据虚实标本的主次,兼顾同治。
