"Alone in London follows the lives of, Mr Oliver  his granddaughter Dolly,  and Tony a young London street sweeper who is captivated by Dolly's sweet charm.  When Mr. Oliver unexpectedly finds himself entrusted with the care of his granddaughter Dolly, young Tony, a London street sweeper jumps at the chance to help.  Tony is an orphan who has been living wherever he can,  Mr. Oliver gives him a place to sleep under a counter in his tiny shop,   Tony loves spending time with Dolly and listening to  Mr. Oliver tell of his Master, the Lord Jesus. When Mr. Oliver's sister comes to visit, she is appalled that her grandniece is associating with a barefoot beggar, and sends Tony away, and he is "Alone in London" again. We follow his fortunes, and see the workings of his heart, all in the care of the Lord Jesus Christ.
