Although coaching has been around for a while, it is time for a fresh perspective, a positive perspective. There is still too much focus on solving problems and not enough focus on finding solutions.

This is not just another book about coaching and coaching models. This book is about my personal journey in becoming a coach and how I developed the model I use. It is about finding solutions – for myself and for clients and for you.

This book is also about courage, fear and finding your destiny. It is about challenging the status quo (I’m sure I can hear my school friends laughing and nodding in the background saying: Nothings changed).
Portions of this book include some very personal notes I made during the time I studied coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. I want to caution anyone thinking about becoming a coach – get ready for a rollercoaster ride!
