This pamphlet, DA PAM 385-16 System Safety Management Guide, identifies the procedures in accordance with AR 385–10 for program executive officers (PEO), program/project/product managers (PM), capability developers (CAPDEV), materiel developers (MATDEV), testers, independent evaluators, and system safety engineers to—
