One you lose a vast amount of weight early and not to easily. It goes off, but maintaining it and keeping it off is very difficult. This type of diet is a crash diet. It is not healthy. A good quick weight loss diet will not have you dumping a large amount of weight in the very beginning. It will start with enough of a push, to give you incentive to see that this diet for quick weight loss is more sensible. Safe weight loss comes in a steady pace, rather than a huge amount in the beginning.
