Sadam Hussein may not have WMD's, but Adnan Kurtoglu, code named, The Viper, does and he's ready to detonate the worst disaster in Middle-East history.

DIA Agents Dan Dailey and Bull Bulliard face their deadliest foe while assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency. Their "US EYES ONLY" mission on this sojourn is to locate and neutralize a Kurdish terrorist, who may have stolen the anthrax payload from a decommissioned Jupiter missile, a biological warhead that was not supposed to be in Turkey.

They have four days to complete their mission before an upcoming NATO Foreign Minister's Conference in Izmir. Plausible denial requires them to find the warhead, and neutralize the Viper without the knowledge of the Turkish National Intelligence Agency (MIT) or the NATO Headquarters in Izmir.
