Even while growing up in his hometown of Trenton, New Jersey, Dashawn used his street smarts, book smarts and drive to make the right decisions on the road to success. In 2003, Real-Hiphop.com broke online records by reaching over 5 million unique users per month. Because of the success of the online magazine a print version of the website was launched. In November of 2004, Real-Hiphop.com::The Magazine was founded. Real-Hiphop.com has opened many doors for Dashawn. In fact, in his new book “From Poverty To Power Moves”, Dashawn tells of his road to success and gives the new generation of entrepreneurs tips on how to be successful.
