This is a monthly video game magazine.
All platforms are covered
XBox 360, PlayStation 3, PC & Wii U
As usual, January has been a slow month for new game releases. Never fear though, we've still got a nice selection of reviews for your reading pleasure as well as a couple of previews and a whole bunch of articles.
DmC: Devil May Cry is this month's big release and our in-depth review will tell you everything you need to know about this exciting reboot of Capcom's franchise. We also have reviews of Fuel Overdose, a high-octane speed fest that blends racing and combat, as well as Ace Of Spades, the unusual love child of Minecraft and Team Fortress 2. These and more will be found in the reviews section.
Previews wise this month we take a look at Crystal Dynamics' take on Tomb Raider and Namco Bandai's latest RPG offering, Ni No Kuni. We were hoping to get a review of Ni No Kuni in this issue but a combination of delayed release date and scarcity of review copies have meant we were not able to. Hopefully we'll have this for you next month.
We've held nothing back articles-wise this month, starting with the return of GameOn contributor Chris Wakefield, who is not afraid to speak his mind in our new 'Hot Topics' article. By audience demand, regular writer Matt Studd (I swear that is his real name!) has penned a new Gaming with the Girlfriend article and fellow critic Kirk McKeand has his own story to tell about gaming with the other half. We also have some exciting news about Valve and NVIDIAs latest console announcements as well as info, fresh off the rumour mill, about the PlayStation 4.
Last, but by no means least, we'll be dishing out a few awards for our favourite games of 2012; while both Kirk and Ross will be talking about what's looking hot for 2013.
