What is the generation gap?
In Churches, in families, in the marketplace in politics or in our society as a whole, we continually have a tug of war between the younger and the older generation.
This may not be anything new, but it has been a very turbulent and painful portrait of what’s taking place with the body of Christ and within the walls of our local churches.
Surprisingly, most of the contentions, conflicts and fallouts are caused through personal ideologies or personal theological beliefs or because of deep traditional practices which have mostly pushed the younger generation away from our churches and away from following God.
So…
-can we stop this generation gap? YES!
-can we bring the body of Christ back into its original assignment and purpose? YES!
-can we like never before captivate the hungry and passionate hearts of the younger generation? YES!
How do we raise the next generation of Godly leaders?
One of the missing keys or improperly misunderstood tools is discipleship. Not just biblical discipleship, but coaching and mentoring each individual. So they can discover their God give purpose and identity.
You will discover and learn the following:
-Who are the most influential role models that are currently discipling the younger generation.
-How to restore the original discipleship structure that Jesus exemplified. Which is coaching and mentoring.
-How to guide, assist and direct our children and the younger generation in discovering their true potential and purpose in the marketplace, in the media, in arts and entertainment, in politics, in education, in sports, and in our churches.
“Generation Gap: Raising the Next Generation of Leaders” will challenge every parent, pastor, church leader, and young adult to take their rightful place and become those Godly role models to the younger generation that desperately need our guidance, knowledge, wisdom, and most of all, our love.
