This short ebook provides some of Seth's ideas about graduating from the physical reality that we know as life. There is far more ahead. We can only perceive one reality at a time. Our present reality is very simple compared to most realities – it is far simpler in emotional and psychological content. As we develop our abilities, we will graduate to more intense experiences that are difficult to explain in our terms. Our present experience could be called a “kindergarten” reality. We are here to learn the basics. Seth describes it in Session 452, 1968; “... the self-discipline learned, the control, the compassion that finally is aroused, and the final and last lesson learned — the positive desire for creativity and love over destruction and hatred. When this is learned, the reincarnational cycle is finished. There is a reason why these lessons must be learned in just this way. Elementally there is only creativity. Destruction is merely the changing of form.”
