Formerly homeless author offers practical advice on making this difficult and dangerous lifestyle as safe and comfortable as possible. Just because you're at the lowest point of your life doesn't mean you have to be a "bum!" The second half of the book recounts the series of soul-crushing ordeals and astonishing miracles which finally delivered him out of homelessness.
(Author's Note: The moment I started giving this book away a couple of months ago, I noticed an almost daily flood of page views and free downloads. Okay, fine, things are tough all over, I suppose. I had no idea there were that many lurkers ready to pounce on a freebee at a moment's notice.)
That being said, would you folks at least do me the courtesy of reviewing my one and only attempt at writing and post your opinions and criticisms? After all these years, my only online critic was a guy in India, who seemed to like the book. I'd appreciate hearing from this new wave of readers sharing their thoughts. My email address is fiddleharp@yahoo.com
By the way, the only update I would add to my book today is that there are WAY more hidden surveillance cameras in every public and private space than there were when I was living the homeless life. I seriously doubt I could get away with not being discovered and harassed while trying to maintain a secretive homeless existence nowadays.
