It isnt until we pause and reflect on our life, that we allow ourselves to begin to unravel the answer to one of the bigger questions of life, What is my life all about?

This book is a collection of 50 insightful photographs and accompanying reflective statements that relate to aspects of our life. By taking the time in silence to view a photograph and read the accompanying statement it enables you to be open to the hidden messages your intuitive heart is trying to reveal to you.

As you open the book, the page on the left displays a photograph and an accompanying reflective statement on the right. Each statement begins with Life is... followed by the accompanying statement which relates directly to the photograph. Each statement begins with an opening verse followed by the turning point, But to take your mind in a different direction. It is at this point, by focusing on what feelings or emotions are being awakened in your body as to how you respond to what the photograph and statement is revealing to you.

Below the reflective statement are five lines for your personal thoughts.

This book is about self-discovery, NOT self-improvement;
Discovering more about yourself that will ultimately
Empower you to take control of your life as
The mystery of your life unfolds!
