It can be hard to live with any chronic illness. There are days of endless pain and fatigue. It seems that there are no days at all when you feel as well as you did when you were younger and pain free.

Yet, chronic illness is running rampant in our society today, given our aging population. There doesn’t seem to be a lot you can do about it for long either. When you get hit with a chronic illness, you will never completely get rid of it. But there are ways to mitigate the pain, fatigue and other debilitating features of the illness.

Many diseases are considered chronic illnesses. Here is a small list: heart disease, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, liver disease, colitis, and much more.

What makes these diseases chronic? One of the chief defining features of chronic illness, as opposed to acute illness, is that there is nothing that can be done to cure the disease. The only thing you can do is to minimize the negative effects of the illness.

This is what makes chronic illness so hard to cope with. With acute types of illnesses, you have a surgical procedure or take a few medications, and your life returns back to normal. But with chronic illness, you will never get back to normal.

However, the purpose of this e-book is not to dwell on the negative aspects of chronic illness. There are plenty of books on the market that do this already. Instead, I will argue that you can all live well with chronic illness by changing your mindset and acquiring a few healthy habits. I will show you how to do that in this e-book.
