A community publication about all things mobile.
This project was initiated in 2009 with the aim to spread knowledge about mobile technologies and to encourage people to enter our community or deepen their existing knowledge. For this 17th edition the whole content has been reviewed, updated and extended once again.
More than 20 writers from the mobile community share their know-how in dealing with topics such as accessibility in mobile apps, UX design, mobile analytics, prototyping, cross-platform development, native development, mobile web and app marketing.
As of today, over 100,000 hardcopies have been distributed over the years. Universities and schools in Germany, Netherlands, UK, Spain and South Africa use the book as teaching material. The electronic versions (ebook and pdf) have been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times and the content has been translated into serveral languages.
