By achieving weight loss and maintaining my current weight, I feel that I have something valuable to share with others who are struggling with obesity just as I did.
I would like to share my weight loss journey the same way I share with family, friends, and coworkers who are amazed at my transformation and are curious to know how I did it.
The choices I made about the food I ate before making a complete change to my diet was about much more than just the food itself; It was about a mindset that question my very existence living a life without eating whatever the heck I felt like. The thought of drastically changing my diet seemed like torture to me.
The only thing I did to address my weight problem was to exercise. I never had a problem with exercise. The problem was I liked exercise as much as I liked cheese burgers and fries.
My mindset had to change when I came to a fork in the road during a doctor’s visit where I had to choose between drastically changing my diet or face worsening health conditions.
