Nandan Nilekani’s journey with Infosys began in 1978, even before Infosys was formed, when he joined Patni Computers after graduating from IIT Bombay and began working under N.R. Narayana Murthy. It has an annual revenue of $2 billion and market capitalization of $21 billion. Nandan Nilekani co-founded Infosys along with Narayana Murthy since its inception in 1981. He has held several posts in the organization until he was appointed CEO in March, 2002.
