When King Alaric the second was on the way to his Summer Castle, with his entourage, a powerful lightning with a tremendous thunder was heard. The King, and his Knight Oswald looked up in the sky, the sky was clear blue, not a single fluffy cloud could be seen. When the second flash came, Knight Oswald asked if he should ask Sorcerer Adwen what this is. Might be the right thing to do, answered King Alaric. Oswald as fast as his horse would make it, arrived at Adwen's cave. What is this thunder from a clear sky? asked Oswald looking at Adwen. What thunder? asked Adwen. I haven't heard anything, and the sky is blue. Are you shore you heard the thunder? Of course we are sure. You have to come with me to the King. As nobody could explain the lightning, and the thunder, Adwen went back to his cave. When Turwin had woken up, the two went for a flight around the cave mountain. There they saw several soldiers from the north. Adwen and Turwin went to the summer castle to le the King know that foreign soldiers had intruded on the Kings domain. Together with two hundred soldiers, and Knight Oswald they went back to where Adwen had seen the foreign soldiers. Turwin picked up large boulders with his powerful dragon feet, and let them fall on the soldiers. The horses were so scared they threw of their riders, and run away. It was an easy task for Knight Oswald to take all the soldiers prisoner. For the extraordinary help they had received from Turwin, the king made the dragon a General, and the leader of the Kings air-deference.
