It's the 1980s, a new generation of young men were drafted into a civil war in their home country, Nicaragua. A country known to be the country of war because of its long history or turmoil and economic depression because of the many civil war caused by its own government. Nicaragua would be recognized in the civil war between the Contras and the Sandinistas, which went on to become the most gruesome civil war in Nicaragua.

Both political parties acted upon their own benefits and commited many war crimes that went against the laws of the Geneva convention, but both parties did as they please as they took any means of advantage, no matter what the cost, to win againts the other. The ones that most suffered from it were the new generation of young men, but there was one that was more special than the rest. It was a young man by the name of Wilfredo, who had the chance to achive his dream, but stripped away from it when he would be forcefully drafted into the civil war.

He would experience warfare like none in which he has ever known, but more importantly, he would learn of the bond of the other young men that served in the war. It is the cruel impact from the two political parties of the war and it led many young men to suffer with tremendous cost in their lives and to their country.
