Mac is an Airedale Terrier who comes from a long lineage of police dogs. Mac is a Detective Sergeant who has solved many cases with Woofin. The first book in the series is Smash and Grab which is based on the Hatton garden jewellery heist. Dogs start to go missing in Camden after a series of break-ins which leads Woofin and Mac to solve the case.
