The Stop Smoking Book to help coach you to a life of not smoking. An easy to follow, coaching manual, to enable you to stop smoking painlessly, effortlessly and permanently.

Stopping smoking, with the help of the right information, can be a lot easier than ever thought possible.

This book is based on the extremely successful The Best Way to Stop Smoking Clinic which was started in 2002 in Johannesburg, South Africa by the author Ettiene van der Merwe.

The Best Way to Stop Smoking book coaches you back to being normal. There is no need for patches, drugs, acupuncture, herbal remedies or hypnosis to stop smoking. What you need to stop smoking is information, the right information at the right time.

“It was a revelation how easy it is to become a non-smoker. I am delighted to be a non-smoker; it is a wonderful feeling to be normal again. I love being able to smell, to taste properly, not to have that irritating little morning cough, my clothes not smelling anymore, no smell of cigarettes on my fingers and on my breath, having loads of energy, feeling full of the joys of life, and finding the "magic" you talked about! So much benefit and I haven't lost anything at all. Everyone else in my life is also benefiting - my kids, hubby, friends, etc. I also have more quality time to spend with these people.”

“It's only when you stop smoking that you realize what a "hold" it has on smokers worldwide. I didn't have to change anything in my lifestyle to become a non-smoker - I have continued with my normal routine, except that I am now a less stressed, more rational, happier person with more time to spare. “
“I was also surprised to learn that I have in fact lost weight after stopping smoking. Everyone wants to know how I did it - when I tell them I stopped smoking there is always an audible gasp!”

“I extend my sincere thanks to you for enlightening me and giving me the tools to become the non-smoker that I am and will be till I die! I am free at last!”

-Fiona Weir, a mom, wife and business woman who stopped smoking using The Best Way.

About the Author Ettiene van der Merwe.

I was born in Pretoria, South Africa in June 1968 to Errol and Fienie van der Merwe. A product of Irene Primary School and then later Blairgowrie High in Johannesburg. I am married to my gorgeous wife Beverley and we have two beautiful daughters Jesse and Samantha. I now live and run my clinic in Randburg, Johannesburg.
I founded The Best Way Clinic after my own success at stopping smoking and on realising that I could help others escape, too. I am an avid sports fan and fisherman (catch and release only). Some of my other interests are dog training, with my eldest daughter Jesse, and model aircraft building and flying.
We can all help improve other people’s lives every day, in some small way or another and it is a very rewarding thing to do.
Thank you for reading my book. If this book has done what it set out to do and you feel like improving someone else’s life, please pass it on to them or buy them a copy - without explanation or motivation.
It may very well save their life.
All the very best.
