Fed up of the same old turkey dinner year in year out? Or just wonder what they eat at Christmas in some other countries? Or your Estonian neighbour has just invited herself over for Christmas (this really did happen to friend of mine and some part inspired the book!). Alternatively you may have had the same thought, but can’t be bothered trawling the internet for ideas, well you could do worse than checking this little book out, no it’s not stuffed with sumptuous photography, just great yuletide recipe ideas from around Europe.
I originally intended to try out 30 recipe ideas but that will have to be next year if indeed any body is as interested in the topic at all, it’s not every week you either feel like eating a xmas dinner, no matter how good they are!
The biggest challenge was locate some of the more obscure ingredients but luckily for me my son is a professional chef and knew of places not readily known to all and sundry, so good luck with your searches in your country.
