The Unlaws & The Order: The Seeds of War tells the story of Ashford Pendington, or Ash, a young boy from Planko, Texas. His life is fairly uneventful until one day the life he has always known is shattered by the murder of his parents. Ashford is afforded no time to grieve as the loss of his parents drops the veil and reveals just how abnormal Ashford’s life really is. He is cast headfirst into a world of ancient secrets and incredible power. He quickly realizes that his new life will afford him the power and ability to avenge the murder of his parents, but he must risk his life for the answers that he feels he cannot live without.
The Unlaws & The Order: The Seeds of War is the first book in a series that I have planned. The series will also delve into the expansive world of the unlaws, superhuman abilities originally afforded to all human beings, but the existence of which has long been forgotten; as well as Scorpious Order, a secret society that aims to keep it that way.
