As the son of a career Air Force officer, author Titch Laudregan was accustomed to moving from place to place and back again. Constantly relocating and always losing or making new friends was a norm in his young life. In Titch Irreverently Remembers, he shares some of his coming-of-age story. This story begins with the newly aware life of a boy heading across country to leave for Paris, France, with his family. From France it’s off to Germany and then to Britain. During those four years, he wished to be away from the life of an abusive dysfunctional family, but still enjoyed being overseas. In this memoir, Laudregan shares a host of life experiences—from herding specialized food animals in the highlands of Central Mexico, backpacking in Europe, schooling in Paris, working as a Navy journalist, and more. A narrative of things seen and done, Titch Irreverently Remembers gives insight into one man’s rare life. It follows Laudregan as a military brat and beyond, the story of one constantly on the move.
