The essay supports the thesis that autocratically administered government is the best government, and that the separation of powers is a threat to that end of good governance. I propose to do away with an independent judiciary and remove the legislative branch from government entirely. Watchers will act as overseers of federal, state and local government but have have no power to interfere with the chief executive. They merely report misconduct to the people. You cannot expect good government if the governor's power is undermined. I offer arguments in support of this thesis as well as outlining the form of the constitution.
