"'World Evangelization Now By Healing And Miracles' has been written as an instruction book for ministers and laymen alike. We have reason to believe that at the present time in the progress of world revival, there is a demand for just such a book. The attention of the entire religious world is beginning to be occupied by the magnitude and intensity of the great healing revivals. Ministers everywhere are beginning to recognize that such a ministry is the heaven-sent means of reaching the masses for Christ both in America and foreign lands.
The book is written in simple style and deals with very practical matters. The first question answered and strongly in the affirmative is: “Are the healing campaigns Scriptural?” From thence we consider the potential possibilities of this ministry. Because proper Bible teaching plays such an important part in receiving and maintaining healing, we devote two chapters to the consideration of the conditions of healing. Here we call to attention the unique outline of instruction on the subject as given by Jesus, which is recorded in the Book of Matthew.
We then show that as different sicknesses of the soul require distinctive analysis and attention, so do the various diseases. Varied diseases require a difference of ministration of the Gifts of Healing. Following this we devote a chapter to what we call pattern of doubt. We note the cause of it, and where it leads. Another division considers the Scriptural methods of dealing with opposition, which sometimes arises from ignorance but more often is Satan-inspired. We also answer the question of why Christians are sick and what they must do to be healed.
The final chapters give special information for ministers; how to receive a healing ministry, some things to avoid, and how to make a healing campaign a success. In conclusion we answer some twenty of the most important questions on the subject of healing, material of which has appeared in various issues of THE VOICE OF HEALING." Gordon Lindsay
